Questions landlords ask
Can prospects see my address or name?
No. The public page shows the area and a circle of about 150 m, with no street number, no map pin and no landlord name. Your email and phone aren’t on the page either; enquiries reach you through AnchorLease.
When does an applicant get the address?
When you confirm their viewing. The confirmation email carries the exact address. If you decline or never confirm, they don’t receive it.
What if I haven’t entered a main intersection?
The page shows the city and the first three characters of the postal code instead.
How do showings work?
Prospects pick a time on the listing page. You get an email and confirm, reschedule or decline from your leasing list. The time is final only when you confirm.
How long are enquiries and applications kept?
Enquiries and showing bookings are deleted after one month. For applications, uploaded income documents are deleted six months after the application ends and the rest two years after. The privacy policy sets this out.
Will it post to Kijiji or Facebook for me?
No. You get one link and listing text in each platform’s style, and you paste it yourself. The 小红书 and Facebook versions leave the link out, because those platforms limit off-site links.
What do I need before I can publish?
A verified phone number on your account. Publishing is free, and the address stays hidden on every plan.
