Managing Properties

Adding a Property

On the Properties page, tap "Add Property." Enter the property's full address (street, city, province, and postal code). If the property has multiple units (e.g., upper/lower of a converted house), you can add each unit number individually.

Editing Property Details

Tap any property card to open its detail page. Under the "Settings" tab you can modify the address, unit list, and notes. Updated information automatically syncs to all associated notices and documents.

Property List & Filters

The property list supports search and filtering. Search by address, or filter by status (active lease, vacant, has arrears, etc.). Each property card shows current tenant count, this month's rent status, and pending attention items.

  • Each property can contain multiple units (e.g., Unit A, Unit B)
  • Each unit has its own tenants and leases managed independently
  • Colour-coded badges on property cards indicate status (green = OK, red = arrears, grey = vacant)

Tip: Use the exact address format that matches your LTB filings. Notices like N4 and N12 pull this address directly — any mismatch could be challenged.
