Understanding the Dashboard
Home Screen Layout
The dashboard home screen is the first thing you see when you open AnchorLease. At the top is a stats bar showing key numbers: total properties, active leases, rent collected this month, and outstanding arrears.
Attention Items
Below the stats bar is the Attention Items area. It surfaces events that need your action, such as:
- Tenants with overdue rent
- Leases approaching expiry
- N1 rent-increase 90-day window reminders
- Documents that need renewal or updating
Quick Actions
Quick Actions let you perform common tasks in one tap: record a rent payment, add a receipt, generate a notice, or ask the AI assistant a question.
Bottom Navigation
The bottom nav bar has five tabs: Home (dashboard), Properties (property list), AI (compliance assistant), Messages (notifications & reminders), and Tools (receipts, tax, etc.).
Tip: Make it a habit to check the home screen daily. Overdue rent and upcoming notice windows are highlighted in red/orange so you can spot them instantly.
