Sign-Up Options

AnchorLease offers two ways to create an account: sign up with an email and password, or use Google Sign-Infor one-click access. Click the "Get Started" button in the top-right corner of the homepage to begin.

Email Verification

If you sign up with email, a verification message will be sent to the address you provided. Click the confirmation link in the email to activate your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or click "Resend verification email" on the login page.

What Happens After Sign-Up

Once verified, you'll enter the onboarding flow. The system will ask about your situation (how many properties you have, whether you already have leases, etc.) and recommend the best starting path for you.

• The free plan includes 1 property, 2 leases (unlimited tenants), 5 AI questions per month, and 8 receipt scans
• During Founding Access everyone runs on Pro limits for free — no credit card required
• You can update your profile information anytime in Account Settings
