Account Settings
Profile
On the Account Settings page, you can update your display name, email address, and password. If you signed in with Google, your email is linked to your Google account and cannot be changed independently.
Organization Info
Organization info includes your legal name as landlord and your contact address. This data auto-fills into LTB notice forms. If your legal entity changes (e.g., from personal ownership to a corporation), update it promptly.
Membership Tab
Under the Membership tab, you can view your current plan (Free or Pro), this month's AI usage count, and receipt scan quota. Pro users can also manage their subscription and view billing history here.
Usage
The Usage page shows this month's AI legal chat and receipt scanning usage so you can track your current Free or Pro limits.
Tip: Make sure your organization info (legal name and address) matches your other legal documents. Incorrect names or addresses on notice forms can cause issues in LTB proceedings.
